Clown Fish

Clown Fish picture

There are many sub-species of clown fish. They have special relationships with sea anemonies. The anemonies sting other creatures, but clown fish are immune to their partners. This provides the clown fish with defense from predators in the wild. The clown fish eat small shrimp and silver-sides commonly sold at aquarium shops. They will often carry large pieces of food to the host anemonie and stuff a whole shrimp or silver-side into the mouth of the anemonie.
